Infested Barrens crash

Already 2nd char stuck in Infested Barrens, act 3 (both normal nad cruel).
Game just crashes everytime I login into a character.

I have the same issue on my Sorc. Normal mode. Keeps crashing.

Changing game server seems to somewhat fix the issue, it made it possible to login in and portal out.

But the zone is still unplayable, so can't progress the char

Same here. Managed to enter the infested barrens and walk for 5 seconds and it crashed. Now I can't load the game with that character. After selecting the character, it crashes during the loading.

Here are my specs if that can help:
AMD 5800X
ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi II
Geforce 3070 Driver v566.03
32Go RAM

leveled a second char and it crashes in that same zone as well.

gonne see if I can somehow reinstall the map now

I am also having this issue, I have been able to load the zone when it is a fresh instance for maybe 10-15 seconds then game crashes repeatedly on logging in to the instance I crashed in. Waiting until the instance resets I have been able to portal out and not getting this crash in any other zones. Seems to be an issue for the Infested Barrens only. Haven't been able to progress due to this issue. Tried loading the area on DirectX 12, 11 and Vulcan. Crashed on all video settings I tried, no bug splat or info pop up during the crash. Updated my graphics drivers to NVIDIA 572.83 and crashes still remain. Unsure if reinstalling game files will do anything as the zone can load for a short period of time. Crash usually drops frame and audio is cut then whole game closes after 5 seconds.

Update- I Verified Files on steam and that seems to have resolved this issue. Was able to load the Infested Barrens and run through the map without crashing, had a couple large frame stutters that felt like it was about to crash but seems to be good now.

Helped to clear cash in Path of Exiles folder in documents.
