+ level to skills not working

I am having this issue in 0.2.0.

this effects anything in your primary slot, I noticed owing to being short of damage and also my energy shield was low.

So this doesnt only effect your primary attack hand but also my focus.

GGG please address this

Bumping as I, too, have experienced this bug. I don't believe it happened until some time after equipping a second weapon set and changing some other gear.

Swapping weapons to the other slot did work as a workaround for me as well.

Hello, i too still am experiencing 0.2.1,

My brother was helping get my wizard stronger, we were testing the wands which one of them had a +2. On slot 1, it does work but the workaround i found here is working having on slot 2.

Just a bump that its happening.
