Withering Presence skill level issue Poe 2

There is bug in Withering Presence skill normally you may go up to 20 lvl by uncut skill gem. It's standard of Chaos skill and need to give extra levels by items or allocate skills. But i see it's not updated by chaos or all spell skill while others getting extra levels.

Only if you allocate Dark Entries passive which gives +1 to all chaos skills, then it's getting +1 lvl more.



In this picture i have +9 lvl from items and with also dark entries +1 example essence correctly up to 30 lvl, while my withering presence go from 19 to 20 only

I'm having the same issue.

Just noticed this as well, it's not scaling with # increased level of chaos/all spell skills
