Xbox Fails to Load Maps/Areas

Hi,

Buddy of mine plays on Xbox. In Bluff, Chimera Wetlands, and randomly some others his map will not load.

He can hear my toon make sounds near him, but he can't move or get past the loading screen.

Sometimes changing server fixes this, sometimes repowering xbox fixes it, other times nothing does.

I've never seen this on PC, but it happens a lot to him on Xbox. And he has two consoles (another for his kid) and it happens on both.

POE 2 btw. Not sure why this took me to the POE1 site.
