Coming of Calamity Bug Strikes Again

Hello!

I am sure you guys are aware of the coming of calamity bug that has been terrorizing many of your players because it refuses to work properly and remain on your character when traveling between locations that have to load. I also discovered that unfortunately if you were to attempt to change the appearance of this body armor, not only will you waste the item that has to be purchased with real money to perform this appearance changing process, but the armor that would have its appearance taken from is as well wasted which is not cool. Normally I am aware that the item is destroyed to make this appearance change for your original item, but thanks to the bug for this body armor, it seems to disappear as you’ve heard and upon logging out and then back into your game to have it reappear, it reappears with it’s original look and not as the item you have now wasted and destroyed to make this happen. I stupidly did this twice and was disappointed to see that I wasted two of the item that does the appearance changing and was hoping that you guys could rectify this and maybe compensate me for this happening even? I am hoping to hear from someone very soon about this and appreciate your time very much!
