Stuck on load screens

playing on PS5 and have gotten stuck on load screens 5 times today. 3 times loading into trial of chaos and 2 times in maps. 1 on grimhaven, 1 on woodland. I close the game and relog only to be tried to load in to the same exact area that it gets stuck again. Once 30mins or so has gone by it will kick me back to hideout losing both my map and the content from the atlas.
