言語を変更できない

PCです、前回の日曜日には日本語でプレイできていたのですが、今日起動したら英語から変更できません。
最初のログイン画面で言語を変更したときに再起動を指示されるのですが、再起動しても変更はされておらず英語のままです。日本語だけかと思ったのですが、他の言語にもできません。

サポートのメールでチケットを取りたくても生成されたコードを受け付けてくれなくて、チケットを取得できません。


I'm playing via Steam on my PC, I was able to play in Japanese last Sunday, but when I launched it today, I can't change it from English.
When I try to change the language on the initial login screen, it instructs me to restart, but even after restarting, the change isn't applied and it remains in English. I thought it might be specific to Japanese, but I can't switch to any other language either.

I tried to create a support ticket via email, but it won't accept the generated code, so I can't get a ticket.

Since there doesn't seem to be a solution, I'm uninstalling it as a last resort and am currently downloading it. I don't know if that will fix it.
