Guardian transitioning to RF asks for help

Hello Exiles,
I am heading LLRF way (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1816656).
I just transitioned from random leveling items to RF setup at level 65, see bellow. As there is not ELI5 guide, I just used some marauder and other inputs.
And I struggle. I have net regen in greens, but still if anything looks at me, I die.
I am looking at surivability right now. Budget is 20c only.
Items recommendation, stats prioritization are welcome.
