In dire need of help with Iceshot/barage Trickster

Hello, I just swtiched to this build "[3.3] CI Lightning Arrow/Barrage Trickster (With Deathless Shaper Video)"... Link to guide is -https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2135372.

I am having a lot of trouble with damage. I know that my gems are in the 10-15 range right now so I'm losing a lot there. But i feel like I should still be one shotting blue packs in level 6 maps. Also VERYT squishy and shield recovery isn't good either.

I will post exactly what gear i'm wearing etc.






Any help is great, if some one can look at it/my gear that would be wonderful!
