looking for help with new starter build

hey, I am pretty new to PoE and am looking for a good league starter build. I got to windripper mf but that was just because it was the end of incursion and people just donated a lot of gear so I need a build that can handle no gear and starter build.

so if anyone has any links to their builds or any builds that they know of or any suggestions, I just feel lost it doesn't even have to be a ranger =^._ .^=
