Tailwind busted?

Doesn't change anything other than my evasion rating.

The 10% faster part does nothing, my movement speed doesn't even go up. My Attacks Per Second don't change, and nothing else seems to happen.

Is it broken or is it just dogshit node?

Are you making sure to check while the buff is active?

Yes....

I have since specced out of it as it seemingly didn't do a fucking thing. Don't understand it. I wasn't perceptibly doing anything "faster" and nothing was increasing after using skills...

It really doesn't explain anything. I know that it's supposed to give you faster attacks/movement/etc, but it doesn't. Only inside Path of Building do the changes actually take effect. In game it does nothing.
