Need advices to improve my trickster

Hello,
I'm a quite new player. I just reach my first time lvl 83 Trickster.
For the new league coming in few days I would like to improve my current freezing pulse Trickster.
I will show you my gears and tree and will ask you for advices in order to be a little more tanky and achieve Tier map higher than 7 (highest tier I found so far)
