Completely Messed up my build

Hello, new to the game here first build. Used to a build guide not from the official forms. I think I completely messed because as I am setting now I cant even complete a tier 1 map without dying several times. Or solo much of anything at end game. I was wondering if there is any way I could save this character and not have to resort to starting from scratch?

It doesn't look like you have anywhere near the amount of elemental resists needed. Your gear is probably the problem.

It would help if you just follow your guide.
