[help pls] COC/hipster assassin

I'm pretty much done with the league so just doing whatever, but very curious on how i can scale this build more for endgame. I was looking for a fire CoC build because cospri's and mjo was too mainstream(haha) for me. (kidding, i've tried them both!)

Im open to changing it from melee or range/caster, it should only be CoC tho.

it clears pretty ok, lacking leech, and very 'meh' for boss dmg.
