Cerebrus limb leech with bane??

The unique, cerebrus limb, says leech spell damage. I know bane doesn’t hit, but that unique makes it sound like it wouldn’t have to hit? Anyone know? Thanks!

Leech does not work with DoTs. Cerberus Limb does not change that.
