Mechanics question

I've got an idea for a tanky divine ire trixter, but I have a question about some mechanics I want to play with.

Can I block while channeling?
I want to use cast while channeling and tempest shield

Can I use counter attacks like vengeance, reckoning or reposted while channeling?
