Need help fixing my Soulrend Build

I'm currently stuck with my Soulrend build. Want to make some major upgrades, but don't know where to start. My current character(lvl 93)

It's my first ES build so I'm a bit unexperienced, also first time using PoB :P
- I thought about getting two wands with multiple crafted mods (DoT, Spell
Damage, Chaos Damage, Cast Speed) with implicit spell damage and Non_ailment chaos DoT on them, which are priced around 5 to 10 ex (or try to craft one)
- Or change my build with a Shavronne's Vestment. Which are pricing around 4 to 5 ex with 6links.
But I'm not quiet sure how to spend my passive points or if its worth using Shavronne's Vestment instead of Cloak of Defiance.
- Or get a watchers eye jewel with ES when Clarity is used roll, which are priced around 7ex
Would apriciate some Input or help :wink:
