+good league starter +easy to play +decent DMG without big investment +this build is quite tanky +not playing a meta-build +can do most map mods easily -low hp pool(can't facetank bosses) -not great for speed clearing -min-maxing will make the build quite expensive -can't do ele reflect comfortably 6.Misc Why Arctic Breath ?
