Can someone give some suggestions about my Toxic Rain/Herald of Agony build?

In this season I played Angry_Roleplayer's Toxin Rain build and I really enjoyed to play Toxic Rain. Today, I tried to make my own Toxic Rain build by looking others builds. Can you guys check it and give me some suggestions?
