need some pro advice

im currently lvl88 deadeye running TS/barrage build with a bit of MF, my current damage is about 13K, notice some TS build can achieve 100K+ damage, not sure what is the factor that im missing? have checked the gems, skills and passive but always seems to be stuck at 15K-20K+ damage at max

anyone able to share some advice? much appreciate
