Requesting help with a cospri raider build

Hello, so I have these two cospris:

and so I was wondering if it was possible make a good raider build that dual wields these and can do the T16 maps, uber elder, etc.

Although I've played off and on through the years, I'm new to the endgame and would like some help figuring things out.

Well, most cospri builds are usually for assassin nowadays but nothing says you can't take an assassin guide and just adapt to your own playstyle...
