[3.9] Inquisitor CoC Ball Lightning work , sirius down , fast runs

Hello ,
i try a new build based of 3.8 scion Coc Build.

Templar is more tanky do less damage but still fun and easy to farm and play.

Timeless jewel i use is Lethal Pride Kiloava on "minion instability"

If someone can do better please share here , this build is maybe not optimal.
