Just leaving this here; this is pretty optimized and has done all content,

Spark is just AMAZING for literally everything, and yeah it's expensive (wouldn't be Harold if it wasn't).

NO IDEA of DPS (I'm not a POB warrior), it just wrecks.

FOR INSTANCE, Level 20 Kosis dies in 1 second flat.
Done 20+ 6-7 boss 20/20 Sims DEATHLESS.

Secret sauces (I think): Haste for HUGE cast speed and W/Eye with Arcane surge on using Sulfur flask. AND LOTS AND LOTS OF EXALTS :-)
