Burning Arrow Raider Advice/Help

Hi,

I want to start Ritual League with my first ever self made build after playing many premade builds and was wondering if some people could look over it and see if I made any glaring mistakes.

I'm unsure about the skill gems escpecially. I don't really know what skills I could use in addition to the ones I already have in the PoB.

But any advice is much appreciated.
