Thoughts on Blast Rain Raider / Deadeye ?

Last time i played ranger was a blast rain raider way back in essence league.
i'm thinking about trying it again next league: Blast Rain Raider / Deadeye with lighting arrow or ice shot for clear.

How is blast rain these days ? I noticed there aren't any build guides for it, it it just unpopular or is it a bit too weak ?
