Why is my "tanky" pathfinder dying?

I made a transendence pathfinder, with allot of phys taken as *element* and a 78% lorewieve, permaflask etc.. its supposed to me super tanky but I die allot in t14 maps.. my charecter is public, plz help <3

phys taken as element only from hit , not phys dmg over time
and you have not enough armour |
