a little help with my build pls :S

So i've always wanted to do a herald build, I mean use all heralds.
it's kinda my first time trying to make my own build and I'm a little lost right now, i'm lacking a little damage and i'm a little squishy.
can some veteran guide me and tell me what i'm doing wrong pls :S
