Can't apply +1 proj tatoo

Hey there, you need the nodes allocated to put the tattoo in and have it active, so you need the claw node for the top one and the jewel/accuracy area for the bottom one. As for the middle one i'm pretty sure you need the keystone and the proj dmg for jewel too.
