Build based on TBxie Toxic Rain

Good evening.
First time posting here.

I am not going to post a very complete description as it is surely based on

But I did some significant changes that I believe make this build nearly indescructible.

Mechanic is based on Widowhail and Rearguard.
Its quite potent.
