Assasson Poison Vortex Blade max res + suppression, how to upgrade

Hi

I feel a little stuck in this build. I made a lot of upgrade, pouring my old currency into the build (Mageblood, flasks, cluster jewels). But it still feels squishy and not great clear speeds.

Any advice? I have been away for a couple of years, so I might be missing out on some mechanics or new uniques.
