POE 2 Lag Spikes in some maps

Some Maps result in lag spikes every other second. sometimes lasting 1 second and freezing the game for some time. I have no Idea when it happens but a lot of times in act 3 in Aggorat. restarting the game, switching gateways didn't work.

I got a lot of lag spike to in poe 2, every 10 or 15 seconde i got lagspike, its not my computer and internet, my brother have the same issue and he dosen't live at the same place.
