SCAVENGED PLATING NOT WORKING

I have had scavenged plating on and working all the entire time from when you can use the skill, up until about level 60ish I started to notice no icon popping up in the upper left anymore and no more armor benefits from anything.

It says it is running and I have tried removing it & all support gems I have plenty of spirit even have an extra 5 with it running.

I am hoping this has been reported or others are at least experiencing the same thing as me.

Any type of feed back from anyone on this matter would just help ease my pain as I am starting to see real bad defensive issues as I push higher into maps level 70+ with only 49% and missing the armor from scavenged plating making it worse.

Yes, I have the same problem. The stone simply does not give any armor and certainly does not restore HP. I checked this more than once and looked in the character's statistics menu, neither the amount of regenerating HP nor the armor increases.

So, I can't speak to whether I'm even doing it right, but I have buff icons enabled and I never see anything with my lowlevel warrior. I can break armour like nobody's business, sometimes 6 mobs all at the same time, but it doesn't seem to change anything in my stats that I can see.

It's using the spirit, spinning yellow on the skills screen with no supports added, but it just doesn't seem to do anything (for me).

on trash mob its ok skill works
but NOT on boss
i have a problem i use resonating SHIELD + armor breaker 40% so break fast (1 or 2 hit)
i use sunder to retrieve Armor break on a boss to re hit again and level 2 stack

i never go more than 2 stack, chain break + sunder is suffisent in 8sec
so plz correct it or allow this comno :/

I thought the skill was bugged, but it was because I changed my weapon that had a break armor stat. So, in order to break armor, one needs a support or weapon or something that actively breaks armor. It's not just a result of doing damage, which one might understandably think.
