POE 2 Simulacrum instance crash

I've bought a simulacrum from the in-game auction and launched it. After few waves I got some loot I wanted to move into my stash. Then, I was disconnected from the server, and after reconnecting following happened: 1. I had no portals back to simulacrum
2. I had no loot from the simulacrum (both in inventory and stash)
3. I had no simulacrum entry ticket
4. I had no exalts I spent to buy the simulacrum

I have reproduced this twice in a row, so it's a server issue, I suppose

Got same issue, happened when opened stash.

+1, After wave 6 tried to use exalted orb from stash on item in inventory and then got disconnected, went back, no portals

Couldn't even start it.
whenever I got into frame of the stash/delirium npc = instant CTD

260 ex wasted.


is there a fix for this??
is there some kind of reimbursement?

Played 4 Simulacrum before Patch 3/4 Crash
Played 5 Simulacrum after Patch 3/5 Crashed

Every Simu group Play 2 Person Warp Sorc & Minion Witch

Disconnects are totally random

ED CONT Witch. Two Sims in a row crashed out. Got to keep the loot but I was so close to getting to the end. The screen just freezes and I disconnect. When I get back in, no portals. Extremely frustrating.

Still happening 5/24/2025. For me it is acting like the sim is still active even though it has dropped rewards and everything is dead. Very frustrating.

accidentally got too close to the portal during sim wave 9 and portaled to hideout. when I portaled back into the fight I was on the wrong side of the fence and could not get back to the fight at all.
