Jarngreipr Ringmail Gauntlets - can't upgrade skill due to stats req.

I can engrave fresh/new skill at higher lvl but cannot upgrade existing one due to dex requirement (same skill). Do I need to use a jeweler orb every time I upgrade skill to maintain desired amount of sockets??
Happened to me with 'Vaulting Impact' lvl 4>5. My stats- str:61 dex:17 int:34. Skill require dex:20 int:20.

Im having the same issue on POE2 the whole point of this unique is to be able to disregard any stat other than strength, however it is not working. Can you please address this?

I have the same problem in POE2. I cant't upgrade the skills with my strength points. When will this issue be patched?

Bugged for me at the moment as well.

300 STR and unable to equip Herald skills that only require 100 DEX.
