PoE2 Venom Draught Slithering Dead quest bug

Says quest is done. It's not I did not choose a reward, don't recall giving option to choose reward.
Map if you hover over the icon shows rewards you choose, normal shows my reward, cruel shows no reward, shows it as haven't completed. Possibly someone took my vial before some patch a long time ago? This happened to me too. Everyone is saying waypoint to a (present) area and then make your way back to ziggurat, but that doesn’t work. Everytime I enter ziggurat it generates the (past) version. My other character has the completion on this because I chose a draught. This character whose in end game does not.
Is there a way to complete this side quest after endgame? Or did I miss it, and now my monk is forever -10% chaos res |

This bug is still an issue in Dawn of the Hunt. I am on cruel Act II and realized I never did the question on regular Act II. I have run the Venom Crypts two times and the corpse will not drop quest item.

Happened to me as well, locked out of the venom crypts reward. I just rushed cruel cause campaign so long and boring, not everyone aware of this bug. |

Searching to find out why I didnt get anything from the corpse, great way to find out I locked my character out of a perma buff cus I was too lazy to do it at the time lmao. Is this a bug that will get fixed or a part of the game?
