スタッシュ購入時の問題とその対応

・2024/12/17 Lord of Ogham Supporter Packを購入　初期所持コイン600枚
・2024/12/18 公式SHOPでのスタッシュ購入時「問題が発生したため、購入処理がタイムアウトしました。」のようなメッセージが表示され、ゲーム画面に戻ると初期所持コインが600枚から5枚になる。

原因としてはエラーメッセージが表示されたままで、購入手続きが進められてた模様。
購入後の内訳はカレンシースタッシュタブ×7+ジェムスタッシュタブ×1+プレミアムスタッシュタブにアップグレード×2
600-525-40-30＝5
カーレンシースタッシュタブは7個もいらないし、残りが5コインになったのも納得いかない。

問題が発生した日から数度に渡りサポートにメールを送ったが返信は一度も来ず、私としてはゲームは始めたばかりであった為、スタッシュの中身は消してもよかったので、その旨は伝えて対処して欲しかった。

重要なのはコインの初期化であり、そのことは伝えてあるが返事は来ない。
他にも同じ問題の方（おそらく同日の）がいるので早急に対応して欲しい。

・2024/12/18 When purchasing a stash from the official SHOP, a message like "A problem has occurred, and the purchase process has timed out" appears, and when I return to the game screen, the initial coins you have will be reduced from 600 to 5.

The cause seems to be that the error message remained on the screen and the purchase process was proceeded with.
The breakdown after purchase is 7 currency stash tabs + 1 gem stash tab + 2 upgrades to premium stash tabs
600-525-40-30=5
I don't need 7 currency stash tabs, and I don't understand why I only have 5 coins left.

I sent emails to support several times since the problem occurred, but I never received a reply. Since I had just started the game, I didn't mind deleting the contents of the stash, so I told them that and wanted them to deal with it.

The important thing is to initialize the coins, and I have told them that, but I have not received a reply.
There are other people with the same problem (probably on the same day), so I would like them to deal with it as soon as possible.
