Crashing

My game is crashing over and over again. I can't play anything right now. I am running for 5 minutes at a time.

same one char continues to crash every time i log in

My game freezes several times per hour. I have to close the game down.. log back in and try my best to remember what im surrounded by as not to immediately die.. it's been happening since I bought the game.
