[3.25] Legacy of Phrecia Fisherman idea

Did something in PoB - I'm pretty sure that I'm going to try fishing rod build in this short event.

I don't see a reason for using Blasphemer's Grasps, and it's imo better to go for inpulsa's broken heart instead of any heralds for explosions. Tree makes no sense to me tbh, why go for that many mana nodes? Crest of Desire does give quite a nice buff to crackling lance without adding mana costs, but a 6-link still does more damage.
