constant shader comp

Particle effects are invisible (and bosses for some reason)
Telemetry shows the Shader Comp is constantly running but it never caches them

Same here. Got same issue in PoE1 and that game is pretty much unplayable for me.
Same, invisible parts of the map and monsters. When the poe 2 come out i never had this issue, even in maps, play during 2 months. In this new patch 0.2 is impossible to play. Only have this problem in this game, if they dont fix have to stop playing. I have the recommended system requirements, a m not even at the minimal requirements, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2060; Memory: 16GB RAM; AMD Ryzen 7 3750.
I noticed my NVIDIA drivers were outdated by two releases. After updating them & disabling NVIDIA Reflex, things are better. However.... every. single. zone. has a couple minutes of shader comp. I hope this helps others
same problem here with Nvidia DLSS. It's ok with Vulcan + NIS but I prefer visual effects with DLSS.

Please find a fix, shaders are reloading continously between games launches
