Omen of secret compartments being consumed without effect vs unique jewel beetle strongbox

Title pretty much says it all, the Omen of Secret Compartments will be consumed when opening the unique strongbox that turns into a jewel dropping beetle, but since you kill the beetle there is no strongbox to open a second time.

Maybe this is me being dumb for trying, but it feels like the omen should not be consumed since it does not work for this strongbox. Or maybe it should work, either way I'm thinking it's not working correctly right now.

killed the beatle.. returned to the strongbox, but box was gone.
(strongbox symbol on the map was showing, but also gone when I rejoined the map)

Same. Popped omen, opened strongbox, omen was consumed, killed beetle, strongbox icon remained on map but it did not reappear.

Just had this happen to me on the beetle strongbox. The icon for the strongbox still shows on the map overlay, but it's not there after opening it once and killing the beetle. Bug report for it is 609,466,163
