Frozen loading screen

I am on xbox series x I am in the trial of chaos in the 3rd act. My lvl 40 lich is currently stuck in the loading screen for the trial. I completed it went to camp and accidentally teleported back to the trial but while loading the trial of chaos area the loading screen froze and now no matter what I try the game always loads with this frozen screen for this character. Also game has been having alot of screen tearing, dysync and missing or blurred graphics needless to say game is running terribly. Hope this can be fixed thank you for your time

Same problem here. Stucked in the loading screen of temple of caos

I’m on ps5 but have had the same problem. I had the game on the loading screen and then I switched the ps5 to open another app (YouTube) during the loading screen. Waited about 20-30 seconds and then went back to the game. It forced a disconnect and the next time I went in to the character I was placed in a different location. Hopefully this helps you get your character back!
