Issue Description:
The Nascent Hope Thawing Charm permanently displays 0/0 charges and cannot be used or charged, while other charms function normally.

Expected Behavior:

The charm should display normal charge values (e.g., X/Y where X is current charges and Y is maximum charges)

The charm should be usable when appropriate conditions are met

The charm should gain charges normally like other functional charms

Actual Behavior:

The charm permanently displays 0/0 charges

No charging mechanism appears to work

The charm cannot be activated/used in any situation

Other charms in inventory work normally

Reproduction Steps:

Acquire a Nascent Hope Thawing Charm

Observe charge counter in inventory or character sheet

Attempt to use the charm

Compare behavior with other functional charms

Additional Information:

First noticed on [date/time if known]

Occurs in all zones/areas tested

Persists through:

Relogging

Zone transitions

Character respec (if attempted)

Removing/re-equipping charm

Does not occur with other charm types

No error messages appear when attempting to use

use ai for reporting

Do you have the unique belt Zephri's Genesis? Look also in Thawing Charm doesnt work.
