Bug: Settler's Mystery Boxes Cannot Be Opened – “Not Supported in This Game Version”

Dear GGG Team,

Hello. The other day, I purchased 5 Settler's Mystery Boxes from the Path of Exile 2 website.

However, when I try to view or open them in-game, the following messages appear:

> "Contains an unknown item."
> "This microtransaction is not supported in this game version."
> The box is labeled as "Unavailable" and cannot be interacted with.

None of the boxes have been opened — the count remains at 5.

I obtained a verification code from the official site and sent an email to support.
On April 11, I received a reply asking for my Path of Exile account name and some character names, which I promptly provided.
However, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails since then and haven’t received any further response.

I was really looking forward to opening these boxes, so I’m very disappointed to be left in this state.
If these items are not usable in the current version, I believe that should have been clearly stated before purchase.

I’m sharing this here in case other players experience the same issue and feel just as disappointed.
Hopefully this helps raise awareness and get the issue resolved.
