[Bug] Mystery Boxes Cannot Be Opened in PoE2 – Still Showing “Not Supported”

Hi GGG Team and players,

I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with Mystery Boxes in Path of Exile 2.

I purchased multiple boxes (now 10 in total), but they cannot be opened in-game. The message says:
"This microtransaction is not supported in this version of the game."

I already contacted support and provided a verification code, but have not received a resolution yet.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I’m posting this to raise awareness and in hopes of a fix.
