The Omen Of Resurgence isn't working in Trial Of Sekhemas even if it's activated. I'm running a Lich, so the bug maybe was related to the Eternal Life passive?

Omen of Resurgence did not work in Trials of Chaos for me today. I've used it before and it has worked previously. Yes, I checked that it was active. Does having Omen of Refreshment active at the same time mean that only one of them gets used? If so, that needs to be clarified.
