Stuck in Boss Room Due to Black Crow Bug

Hello Support Team,

I found a bug during the fight against the boss Black Crow. During the battle, I dealt high damage to the boss in its second phase, which caused it to bug out and fail to retrieve its bell — the weapon it uses in its third and final phase. As a result, I am now stuck in the room just before the final part of the fight, with no way to proceed, and he is continuously attacking but not being targetable, with very low health.

My character is currently logged out in that room, and hopefully this instance map will end soon. I will lose not only the boss fight but also the Nexus, since unfortunately this was the case with this map.

Could you please help me get my character out or eventually continue the boss? Is waiting the only way to get out?
