Omens not working!

I just died in a map with an Omen of Amelioration active in my inventory, but I still lost all the experience!! It did not function.

This happens to me 3 out of 5 times I die. Omens are activated but don't always get triggered. I die... check inventory and they are still there & still activated.

same as the others..omens to not lose all XP only work about 50% of the time if we had death logs we could help figure out which situations are preventing activation. but we are kept in the dark and the elitists will say skill issue..im an older guy i love these type of games..i understand and have accpeted i will never have 1000s of divines see and beat all the content in the game because of poor vision and slower reaction times...but the options we are given as buffers DO NOT WORK AS INTENDED 100% of the time...when the options given to us do not work 100% of the time i feel the 2 hours spent gaining 5 to 10% xp at higher levels...was just wasted..unless you are playing the flavor of the month LS build.. if its being looked into please just tell us that..
