If you were going to remove the ability for it to recover all mana, the least you could do is make it an instant refill.
I know it's my fault for missing it in nerfs/updates. But it's pretty awful when you dump a div into an item, realize it's been nerf'd to the ground, and revert back the the blue flask you made. 370~ mana is NOTHING. I just saw it today and find out it doesn't refill anything. work worse then a regular blue flask
