Putting map in a tower causes maps to be deleted

if you put a map in an unfinished tower with cntrl+click it causes the map to be deleted.

had the same thing happen to me just now but when i go to do the tower it says " cannot access this map" with "activation failed"

'update' the maps get moved to a random node. if you find that node and remove the maps the tower can be used again
