Lost Atlas points

When doing a corrupted nexus after you defeat the first boss if you die to the corrupted boss the area gets cleared but you don't get points.
Either let us have the retries ( i was on 4 retries ) or give the points.

It is really hard to find these corrupted nexus and now this :(
Please assist!
